Is this your first time around?
Beneath is a checklist of what a production studio room will need from you in order to make a great animated video. It is not necessarily every day that you decide to take on an animated task, and we have broken down the process so that you can ensure you make a great animated video.
- An Outline
To begin with a studio, the ONLY THING you need to provide is definitely an summarize of your message and a link to your website! The studio can then assign a writer, a team of artists and get cranking!
- A new Script
When we say script, we mean the words only, not the visuals. While a company insight into visuals is very useful, a studio’s profession is that very task. They can manage that for you for sure! (Our studio only needs 80% of any software to get started.) Part
Note: 140 words can be spoken in a moment. Keep this in mind if you have a strict time restrict.
Even though many company logos can be found on the internet the logo is often small and not video-ready. Companies prefer vector logos. The particular file extensions to vector logos are: png, or. psd!
- Select Images
What images are specifically addressed in your script? Many images can be easily seen via your website or an easy Google search. On the other hand, image quality can also be an issue. Often, the bigger the file size the better the quality, so send out a few email messages to obtain quality images for your project. Oh yea… and don’t worry too much about it if you have 80% of a script. A studio is designed for everything for you!
- More Images
We are often asked if we can receive too many images. The answer is No! We’d rather have too many images than not enough! So send us everything you’ve obtained!
No Images? Don’t be concerned! We are able to Google all types of things! The web is filled with a mind blowing amount of images! Remember which your studio’s job. We provide all types of excellent images.
- Website pages and Websites
Your studio will appreciate having links to everything discussed in your software. It’s even useful to provide a few competition links.
- Videos from the Subject
The best thing to provide your studio room with is previous videos about your subject. Don’t worry about your studio being impacted by a previous video. They know how to critique and understand the creative process. What they need is powerful insight into your industry, culture and climate of your message. Previous videos do that much better than anything else, even competitor videos!
- Script Side by simply Side
A side-by-side screenplay is anything document that has the voice over outlined in a column that you write in the cue section hand side and the visuals your team anticipate on the right.
t’s not necessary to provide this. As stated above, an organization’s insight into visuals is advantageous, but a studio makes a living out of providing the right visuals! Yet, if you and your team have the time and feel inspired, take a stab at a side-by-side! If you do that, be sure to designate one visual per phrase. If it takes higher than a sentence to describe your visual, then there is probably not enough time for your visual to appear on screen. The voiceover and the visual should have a one to one percentage. But don’t worry too much about it! In case you have gotten to this time you are probably at a great spot to kick off your job and set it into professional hands!
